unigrig is an AI-powered talent network operated by Narek Ashuryan ("we", "us"). We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

2. Data we collect and why

Account data — name, email address, login credentials. Used to create and secure your account and provide the Service (legal basis: contract performance).

Professional profile data — CV files and parsed CV content, skills, experience, career preferences, and matching status. Used to build your profile, match you with companies, and deliver interview invitations (legal basis: contract performance; consent where you submit optional data).

Company data — company profile, hiring activity, saved professionals, invitations, interviews, and billing/subscription state. Used to provide the recruiting features (legal basis: contract performance).

Support messages — used to respond to your requests (legal basis: legitimate interests).

Usage and device data — product usage/telemetry, device identifiers, and IP address. Used for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (legal basis: legitimate interests; legal obligation where applicable).

Payment card details are collected directly by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and are never stored on our servers.

3. Who we share data with

  • Paddle (Merchant of Record) — for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, analytics, and support tooling that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
  • Authorities — where disclosure is required by law.

Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

4. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required, subject to legal retention obligations.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level isolation of account data.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar storage required for authentication and core functionality. We do not use marketing cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.
