Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
Paddle handles refund approval and processing in line with its Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Plan & Billing in your company account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. A cancellation is not a refund for the current period — use the 30-day money-back guarantee above if you are eligible.
