1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unigrig ("unigrig", the "Service"), an AI-powered talent network that connects companies with verified professionals through AI-assisted recruiting, matching, and interviews.

The Service is operated by Narek Ashuryan ("the Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

unigrig provides companies with tools to search a professional talent network, run AI-assisted recruiting conversations, unlock verified profiles, send interview invitations, schedule interviews, and manage hiring activity. Professionals can create a profile, upload a CV, set preferences, and receive interview invitations free of charge.

The Service uses AI systems (including conversational and matching features). AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided to assist your own judgement. They are not professional advice and must not be relied on as the sole basis for hiring or career decisions.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Each person or organization may hold accounts appropriate to their role (professional or company).

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• infringing intellectual property or other rights of any person;
• interfering with the Service's security or operation, including uploading malware, probing, or scraping;
• reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical limits of the Service;
• generating or distributing illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempts to bypass safety controls;
• submitting CVs, profiles, or content you do not have the right to use;
• using AI outputs in a way that is deceptive, discriminatory, or unlawful.

You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for how you use AI outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for having the rights to any content you submit. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and outputs, and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, branding, and the unigrig name and symbol. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at unigrig.contact@gmail.com with details of the work and the alleged infringement. We operate a takedown process and may act against repeat infringers.

6. Plans, payments and subscriptions

Professionals use the Service free of charge. Companies may use a free plan or paid subscription plans (Business, Recruiter), each with the limits described on our pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan upgrades take effect immediately, with any difference charged by Paddle.

7. Service level

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, we may delete or anonymise your data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Yerevan, Armenia. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
